Every letter is posted with care. Here's exactly how and when your deliveries arrive — so you can look forward to each one.
Mailing cadence
Letters post on a fortnightly cadence. Story length varies by title, and each subscription runs until the full sequence for that story has been mailed.
Each small block represents one letter. This is the mailing rhythm, not a fixed title length.
When does my subscription start?
Self-purchase
Your first letter ships within 3–5 business days of your order. After that, letters post fortnightly on a consistent schedule.
Gift subscription
Choose a start date at checkout. The first letter will arrive on or near your chosen date — perfect for birthdays, Mother's Day, or any occasion.
Delivery times by region
Free shipping is included for UK and US addresses. International shipping may incur a small additional charge shown at checkout.

Tracking
Standard letter post doesn't include individual tracking — that's part of the magic of receiving real mail. If you've chosen the Full Journey + Keepsake Box plan, you'll receive tracking for the keepsake box shipment.
Missing or damaged letters
Every letter matters — if one doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, we'll resend it at no charge, no questions asked.
- UK / US: Contact us if a letter hasn't arrived within 10 business days of its expected date.
- International: Allow up to 15 business days before requesting a resend.
Address changes
Moving? Just let us know at least 5 business days before your next scheduled delivery and we'll update your details. Changes made after a letter has been dispatched will apply to the following delivery.
