Refund Policy

We want you to love your Letters & Lore experience. Here's how refunds and cancellations work.
Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll continue to receive letters for the month you've already paid for. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Prepaid Plans
Prepaid plans (The Full Journey and Full Journey + Keepsake Box) may be refunded in full if you cancel before your first letter ships.
Once the first letter has shipped, prepaid plans are non-refundable. You will continue to receive all remaining letters in your subscription.
Damaged or Missing Letters
If a letter arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us and we'll resend it at no charge — no questions asked. Every letter matters and we'll make sure you don't miss a chapter.
Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions may be refunded in full if cancelled before the first letter ships to the recipient. After the first delivery, the standard prepaid refund policy applies.

To request a refund or discuss your options, email us at hello@lettersandlore.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days.
